Replacement Process
Shipping Costs/HandlingShipping costs for replacements are covered by shipping insurance. Shipping without cups, lids, and straws is $10.65 for Domestic shipping with tracking! Shipping with cups, lids, and straws is $18.40 which will be added to your total. The shipping rate is higher because the cups require a medium priority box, which is more expensive. If it were possible to ship for a lower cost, we certainly would! Please note that the additional shipping cost reflects the necessity of fitting the cups into the box.
