Refund and Replacement Policy

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final.

Replacements

Replacements are covered by shipping insurance. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your replacement, we require the following:

  • Proof of Purchase: Order number and receipt.
  • Photographic Evidence: Clear images showing the damage or defect.

Replacement Process

  1. Notification: Contact our customer service team at shannonsherbalife@gmail.com or (334) 219 - 0120 within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Submit Evidence: Provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  3. Review: Our team will review your submission and, if approved, will process the replacement.

Shipping Costs/Handling

Shipping costs for replacements are covered by shipping insurance.

Shipping without cups, lids, and straws is $10.65 for Domestic shipping with tracking!

Shipping with cups, lids, and straws is $18.40 which will be added to your total. The shipping rate is higher because the cups require a medium priority box, which is more expensive. If it were possible to ship for a lower cost, we certainly would! Please note that the additional shipping cost reflects the necessity of fitting the cups into the box. Additionally, tax is calculated at a rate of 8%.

Handling time is 24 to 48 hours.
